At Low Res, we want you to love your tee — not stare at it with the same disappointment you felt when the internet disconnected halfway through a download.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

For best long-term results, please follow the washing and care instructions included with your purchase. Nostalgia is supposed to fade a little — your shirt shouldn’t.
